Recording and your data
Sophie is an AI, not a person. She is a demonstration of an AI receptionist.
Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can see how she handles real questions and improve her.
Phone numbers, email addresses and anything else sensitive are automatically removed from the recording and transcript before they are stored. Everything is deleted after six months.
There is no need to give Sophie real details. Anything you make up works just as well.
